Stick to your training plan!

There are several training plans available. It is no treasure having a plan in mind. The challenge is to practice and stick to the plan. A plan is only valuable when you follow it. Even if it is hard to train in everyday life, you will see you are getting slightly better with every planned workout you did. Of course there are good and bad plans and we must find out the best for us.
Sometimes we are forced to change a plan or we are bored to do the same plan again and again. That's why it is always good having more than one plan up one's sleeve.
