Cocoa Kipferl

A new creation of "Kipferl", instead of vanilla I use cocoa




1 Egg, 300g wholemeal flour, 40g sugar (if you want it sweeter = 100g), 2 spoonful cocoa, a pinch of salt, 150g butter, perhaps a little bit water

Knead the batter







Keep it cold for 30 min
Create moons (Kipferl)




Bake for approx 10 min 160°C hot air, 180°C circulating air 
Let cool down for 5 min
Powdered sugar





Enjoy
