Lemoncake


200g Creme fraiche, 3 Eggs, 40g sugar, 20g foodstuffs (Speisestärke), lemonjuice of 1 lemon and lemon zest, 2 soup spoon rum or grappa





300g wheat flour, 90g butter, 2 eggs, 50 g sugar




knead

  


in a backform
prebake it for 10min 160°C (hotair)







lemoncreme on the batter

 bake 30min 160°C
cool down

eat
