Your mind controls your life. It decides what to do.
To develop running as a daily personal habit you should start by giving a new impulse for your mind.
Give the mind something, that it can not decline:
- A new running course or distance
- A new running gadget that needs to be tested
- A reason to run e.g. competition.
- A training goal
- An attractive site
- ...
Your mind endorses you to run or to relax. You need both but it should be in balance. It is easier for the mind to embrace relaxing. So you need a kind of ignition every day to divert the mind from being lazy.
Your mind is curious. So arrange something new in your next training.
Just start as an discoverer for a memorable run. Along the way you will find yourself in a circuit of unleashing your best. Your mind will like eating healthier, enjoying nature, breathing fresh air and being fitter after a run. When you are on the track, it becomes easier next time.
Running regularly is not a matter of strength, it is a mind setting.
