Today big data industry can provide the right person with at the right time with the right message. But this is the end in the profit game.
Tomorrow they will provide the right person at the right time and place with the right message.
Therefore data silos must be made accessible.
In order to extract this information from data silos, licenses are sold, to which royalties are payed. A part of this royalties is reinvested to improve the local tracking infrastructure.
