Properly planned

My wife finishes today the 10km training plan provided by adidas miCoach. She told me that she didn't run 10 kilometers so far.  
May be it isn't good approach of coaching programs to propose and supervise the workout execution time. They should also take distance into account.

Let's us have a look in the training plan of Eliud Kipchoge, when he was preparing for the Berlin Marathon 2017. He noted down distance and time. Even in tapering phase before the marathon he did a respectable training.
