If you are sad about your success, think what's more worth: to become a person of success or to become a person of value.
1. Living in the past
2. Worrying about the future
3. Comparing yourself to others
4. Negativity
“I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make
people happy because they know what it’s like to feel absolutely
worthless and they don’t want anyone else to feel like that.”
Robin WilliamsWe can feel worthless, but we should know, the world haven't seen a worthless human being yet.
Everyone has it's value and negative side. If the value excels our dark side, we do less
- complaining,
- blaming,
- arguing,
- bragging,
- resenting,
- yelling,
- interrupting,
- gossiping and
- judging.
It is normal, that we are not in the same balance each day. No matter how bad the day was, tomorrow can be better. If you are still sad in the evening, end the day with this positive thought.
