Current wearables offer features to measure values from a single person who wears the device. In future wearables might measure also values from a group of runners in the near of the wearer. Alex Hutchinson thinks measurement of breath rate can be an indicator how much longer competitors can hold on. So it would be tactical adventurous to measure not only own values but also breath rate of other runners to get more insight into their training level.
