Fit for life

Edgar Allan Poe said one "I would define, in brief, the poetry of words as the rhythmical creation of beauty.". Would you agree: if I say: "Running is the rhythmical creation of health".
  • Running is good for our heart
  • Running burns serious calories
  • Running makes your mind fit.
  • Running is a break. 
  • Running makes all moved parts of your body stronger.
  • Running is simple.
  • Running is the reason why we have two legs.
More reasons necessary? Often I hear: "So, wow, are your really running the whole week?"
"Yes, on what do you spent your time instead to stay fit for life?"
