It is not that easy. You need a heart, a brain and suitable gear for a run also. And I can hardly stop thinking further. Nutrition, trainings methods, plans, hydration, social media, health, job, wisdom, age, competition, film, gym, ideas, tracks, camera, brands, support, app, bike, studies, statistics, animals, right, weather, environment - all is connected to running and most of it is essential for running.
