And six reasons against:
1. The only healthy part is the marathon preparation. Running a fast marathon is a hell for the body.
2. People who see me on my long runs name me "Jogger" not "Runner".
3. Too many killed by sweat insects all over the body.
4. It takes too much time.
5. You need more time to recover.
6. It is not comfortable to carry more than 0,5l drinks on the run.
