Berlin, I am ready!

Now, I am really relaxed. 37 Kilometers in 3 hours is a good basis. Only 5 Kilometers to go for a complete marathon. That shows the last training from 06.08.2016. Some weeks for training are left.
I lost a little bit pace during the last run because my escort vehicle from my wife had a spokes damage. So in the second half of the long run I was alone. My heart rate was very low at the first half, the second half I saw the impact of my worries regarding my wife.

I ran home to fetch my car to bring her and hers bike back. So man wins against machine.
In Kornburg we decided to have some sausages with "Sauerkraut". A good end of a successful day with obstacles. Yeah, the family record goes to Runnibal. During the run I lost one kilogram. So a long run is an effective diet. 😎
