Running in the now

What Ned Phillip tries to explain lenghtly can be summarized in few words. On a long demanding way, where we feel totally exhausted, it is not a good idea to think about the past, nor its worth to think about future. We can't influence both. The only situation we should think of is now. If you feel down, just think about your next step. The next step is easy.
You may think it's good idea to step aside so you do not stand in your own way. Try something else. Just perform the next steps forward.
