A study finds, that we want AI to act ethically and socially
responsible, so long as we’re not the ones being harmed. The problem is that it may not understand AI because performed actions are not programmed, they are learned. In future we need a translator for deep network decisions into sentences and visualizations we understand. Without this understanding AI is confronted with a lack of trust.
Principles for AI ethical & safe are released now by Information Technology Industry Council (ITI):
itic.org - ITI AI Policy Principles.
